Hey folks,

We're still trying to fix the issue with the videos page not loading videos in Internet Explorer. The problem seems to be with Google as they generate the code to display the player. We'll keep looking into it, but for now if you would like to watch the videos, visit the site in FireFox, Safari or Opera.

Well you might have seen our "Rugby in Canada Dot Com is down for maintenance. Please come back shortly." page a few times last week.

There was still some updates that needed to be made to the site. Our apologies for the downtime but everything is running smoothly now.

Well we've added a new section to the site called, "Rugby Feeds". We were getting annoyed that feeds were all over the place on the web for rugby, so we've started a repository of feed links. This list will grow over time and will hopefully be a great resource within the next year for rugby feeds.

Hey Ruggers,

While it might not look too different, rugbyincanada.com had a huge technical overhaul this past week. For all the geeks out there, we upgraded the site to ASP.NET 2.0 from 1.0. As well we added a couple of blogs. If you're interested in subscribing to our blogs, click here. There's still a few things on the site that need tweaking, but for the most part the upgrade is all done.

Aside from upgrading the site, you may have noticed a new button on each page. This button allows you to share content on a rugbyincanada.com page with online communities like del.icio.us, Digg, FaceBook etc.



You may have noticed that our message board disappeared. The reason for taking it down was simple. More spam that actual content in the forum. We'll get one up again at some point that's a little more bulletproof in terms of spamming, but for the time being, no forum.

As always, we're open to suggestions for the site, so if you have any, send them here.
